This challenge is to start at the top of El misti volcano in Peru Arequipa.from here to power para glide over 4000 miles.from the source of the mighty Amazon river a glazier 18000ft in the mountains,In the bath and follow the rio Apurimac river 1000k over the mountains and 3000 meter valleys to join with the rio ucayali and on to the Amazon river itself 100 miles outside of Iquitos.
The volcano cone will be a place to deposit a crystal offering to the energy and ask mother earth for her assistance on this mission.standing proud at 19000 ft.El misti in English means (the gentleman).

First week of challenge from the rio Apurimac i will have ground support from a jeep reference white waters see bottom picture.Then the team will be on a river boat  to the finish a  coastal city of Macapa Brazil.Total journey time will be from six weeks to two months,I plan to be in the air seven days per week and eight hour days.
The project has many challenges no doubt,i know these waters and conditions.Take off and landings will be a challenge sitting in a bath.More details as the plans move along.See below route markers on google earth.
